Protection of personal data

Access to the DUEF

The personal data collected by the DEFI as part of the DUEF access procedure is processed on behalf of the President of the University of Lille.

This processing has been entered in the institution's register under no. 2021250. Its legal basis is the public interest missions carried out by the University in favour of international cooperation and student education (Data Protection Act, art. 6, 1., f; Education Code, article L123-3).

The data collected will be communicated to DEFI staff members and to the members of the DUEF entrance selection commission. It may also be communicated - at their request - to "Campus France" correspondents.

The data collected through the application form will be kept until the opening of the next selection campaign. The data in each student's file will be kept for 50 years, in accordance with the rules applicable to public archives.

Each candidate has the right to access and rectify his/her personal data. They may also exercise their right to limit and oppose the processing of their data.

If you have any questions about the processing of your data under this scheme, you can send your request to rgdp-defiuniv-lillefr or contact our Data Protection Officer (dpouniv-lillefr).

If, after contacting us, you feel that your rights have not been respected or that this system does not comply with data protection rules, you may submit a complaint to the "Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés "(CNIL).
