Cette deuxième réunion transnationale organisée par l’Université de Lille a permis aux représentants des 8 universités partenaires de se rencontrer après 11 mois de collaboration fructueuse.
En effet, le projet Erasmus+ DIAL4U fêtera sa première année de mise en œuvre à l’été 2022. Depuis la réunion de lancement en juin 2021, organisée en ligne pour des raisons sanitaires, l’Université de Lille (France), l’Université de Babes-Bolyai (Roumanie), l’Université de Mykolas Romeris (Lituanie), l’Université de Malmö (Suède), l’Université de Viadrina (Allemagne), l’Université Jaume 1 (Espagne), l’Université de Minho (Portugal), et l’University de Wroclaw (Pologne), ont efficacement coordonné leur travail à travers des outils digitaux. Cependant, cette première rencontre physique était très attendue au sein du consortium afin de garder notre partenariat en bonne voie.
Pendant 2 jours, les partenaires ont passé en revue l’intégralité des activités entreprises : développement scientifique, management, communication, etc. Chaque équipe a présenté les progrès réalisés et révélé les premiers prototypes et résultats ! Aussi, des groupes de travail ont été formés pour identifier les connections entre les activités du projet, et pour planifier la deuxième année de travail ensemble.
A la fin de la réunion, les partenaires ont commencé la rédaction collaborative du rapport intermédiaire du projet DIAL4U, qui doit être rendu sous peu à l’Agence Nationale Erasmus+ en France.
Suite au succès de cette rencontre, le consortium a décidé d’ajouter une troisième et dernière réunion transnationale au printemps 2023 afin de compléter le rapport d’évaluation finale du projet DIAL4U.

DIAL4U : First year completed !
On May 12th and 13th 2022, the Erasmus+ project "DIAL4U" (Digital pedagogy to develop Autonomy, mediate and certify Lifewide and Lifelong Language Learning for (European) Universities) mid-term evaluation meeting took place in Lille, France. This second transnational project meeting hosted by the University of Lille was a great opportunity for representatives of the 8 partner universities to finally meet after 11 months of fruitfull cooparation. Indeed, the DIAL4U Erasmus+ project will celebrate its first year of implementation on June 2022.
Since DIAL4U kick-off meeting in June 2021, which had to be held virtually for sanitary reasons, the University of Lille, France, the University of Babes-Bolyai, Romania, the University of Mykolas Romeris, Lithuania, the University of Malmö, Sweeden, the University of Viadrina, Germany, the University Jaume 1, Spain, the University of Minho, Portugal, and the University of Wroclaw, Poland, have been coordinating effectively their work through digital means, but this opportunity to gather for the first time was of great importance for our Consortium in order to evaluate our partnership and to keep it on good tracks.
During two days, the partners reviewed all activities undergone during the first year, from scientific development to management of the partnership and communication. Each project team presented their achievements so far and discussed their first results (available soon) ! Also, we organized in workgroups in order to discuss further connections between our main activities, as well as to plan the coming year of collaboration. At the end of the meeting, the partners collaboratively prepared a mid-term report to be submitted to the Erasmus+ French National Agency.
This meeting was such a success that the Consortium decided to add a third and final Transnational Projects Meeting on Spring 2023 for a final evaluation of the DIAL4U project.
